Terms of Use
Effective: October 3, 2026
These terms are the rules for using agarwalmath. We kept them short and plain.
1. Agreeing to these terms
agarwalmath is run by Devraj Agarwal. By making an account, or letting a child use the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are only for grown-ups: parents, guardians, and teachers who are 18 or older.
- Give a real email address you can get mail at, and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can make up to 4 kid profiles for your own family. Make profiles only for children you're the parent or guardian of (or, for classes, see below).
- If you turn on kid login, keep your child's PIN private; anyone with it can play as your child.
3. Kids using the site
Kids can play as guests, or with a profile a grown-up made. A grown-up is responsible for their child's use of the site, including how much time they spend on it. Kids don't agree to these terms themselves; their parent (or school) does.
4. Teachers and classes
- Make class profiles only if your school (or the kids' parents) allows you to use agarwalmath with your students. You confirm this the first time you make class profiles.
- Never type students' real names or other personal details into the site. Keep your own list of which nickname belongs to which student.
- Treat login cards like keys: hand them only to the right student, and make a new card if one is lost.
- Open the class picture login only during class.
- Use what you see about students only for teaching them, and follow your school's rules about student information.
More in the Teachers' Guide.
5. Rules for everyone
Please don't:
- Give a group or class a name that's rude, hurtful, or shares someone's personal information (kids see these names).
- Try to see other families' information, guess codes or PINs, or get around the site's safety features.
- Overload, attack, or copy the site with automated tools, or use it to send spam.
- Pretend to be someone else, or make accounts for people who didn't ask for one.
- Use the site for anything illegal.
We may remove group names, codes, or accounts that break these rules.
6. Free to use
agarwalmath is free. Coins, items, and points in the games are just for fun: they can't be bought with money, have no cash value, and can't be traded. If we ever offer paid extras for grown-ups, we'll tell you first, and the games for kids will stay free.
7. Our content
The games, questions, characters (like Digit), pictures, and code belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may use the site, print reports and login cards, and share challenge links for personal and classroom use. Please don't copy or sell our content otherwise. Coin and bill pictures come from the U.S. Mint and the U.S. Currency Education Program.
8. Privacy
How we handle information, especially children's, is in our Privacy Policy.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the site any time, delete kid profiles in the Parents area, or ask us to delete your account by emailing agarwalmath@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts children at risk; if we do, we'll tell you why when we can.
10. No warranty
We work hard to make the math correct and the site reliable, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It isn't a substitute for a teacher or a school curriculum, and practice tests are only practice: they don't predict real test scores. The site may sometimes be unavailable or change.
11. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected damages, or for lost data, from using the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. If there's a problem, please email us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and email account holders about important changes. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
